Finally noctilucent clouds are visible in central Finland also! Around midnight and early hours of 23rd July I noticed some faint belts of NLC close to the horizon in the northern sky. Despite of quite modest brightness I decided move on the shore of Lake Höytiäinen. And this time the trip was worth of doing; very bright display of NLC's started around 1 am and lasted the next two hours before the Sun woke up again :). Best and most beautiful moments of Finnish summer nights!
