Details:
I saw the NLC Display at about 11:30 pm while looking at a forum with hobby-photographers who already submitted some of their breutiful photographs. I started shooting about 800 photos then and i even realised that there're red Aurora beams visible on some of the pictures. The Aurora beams have only been visible photographically (about 11:05pm till 11:30pm UTC), but the NLC display was visible clearly during several hours in the night of July 10 to 11. Shots were taken with a Nikon D5100, kit-Objective (18-105mm) with an average ISO of 800, exposure 10s and aperture F/3.5 It was an amazing display... And im just SO happy that I've been able to capture NLC and aurora in the same pictures. Luckily I'm not the only one who managed to get such breathtaking shots :) Congratz to all who've been able to see this live. Greetings, Jonas
