Details:
Crescent moon was brilliant next to Venus - even passers-by were looking up at the sunset skies. Camera is a Kodak Easyshare, on a tripod, with max telephoto extension. First pic had 4-second exposure, second is 2-second exposure. Contrast enhanced using MS-Picture Manager. Some thin clouds made it difficult to see Mars - but in the photos, Mars can be seen as a reddish cresent. Venus is a nearly-full disk.
