Details:
I assume that what I saw was a Fogbow although the sky was clear and free of fog or mist. The weather was sunny and there had been no rain recently and the sky seemed to be almost free of cloud. I have never seen such a well pronounced fogbow, if that is what it was. The duration was about one hour. What is your interpretation?
