Details:
Headed out to the lake tonight even though all the Aurora forecast was showing little to no activity. As soon as I got the place with the composition I wanted the Auroras moved into the right position and got very bright. Was about -30C but little wind so felt ok. Something so liberating about being on your own in these situations.
