Details:
While I have seen brighter fireballs this is the brightest fireball I have ever captured with my camera. This Geminid Fireball image was taken the morning of December 14th 2014 at 3:31am. We were up in the Sierra Nevada Mountains at 5200 feet standing in the snow all night long in 24F deg weather and this image made it all worth it. Enjoy! Please find me on Facebook at Dan McBride Photography for more to come.
